What do you do when you’re not working?

I like socialising in all forms but can quite often be found holding up a bar in the west end of London. I also enjoy cooking (I qualified as a chef when I was younger), going to the gym and running (I ran the London Marathon in 2013 – get me!).

A bit about me

Joining 4OC in 2014, Mark has over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering successful complex change projects and programmes within the public sector, including local authorities, central government departments and the Third Sector. Mark works with organisations utilising his Organisational Design experience to ensure that impactful and sustainable change is achieved for customers. Mark focuses primarily on Operating Model design and transition, Business Casing, Leadership Development, People and Culture Change.

An accredited GCologist, Mark also provides coaching support to senior leaders within organisations. He works with individuals and teams to identify business change opportunities through the use of the Game Changing Index (GC Index) tool designing systems thinking change programmes.

Prior to working in the consulting industry, Mark worked as a Business Manager for a global recruitment firm. It was during this time that he cut his teeth in change management as the UK arm of the business embarked on an ambitious transformation programme of change. He went on to further develop his change and transformation skills, working for national and global business process outsourcing (BPO) organisations such as the Capita Group and Atos. Having been through the change process himself, Mark is able to facilitate, structure and deliver change with empathy and help people navigate the often-daunting change journey to successful outcomes.
