All the good things

I make a cracking cup of tea; Social research methodologies and analysis; Organisational change management.

And the bad things

Drinking too much tea; Getting distracted by any dog that passes by; Cracking my knuckles in the office…

What do you do when you’re not working?

In my spare time I like to keep fit by playing netball for my local club. I visit home as often as I can to see my 5-year-old Weimaraner who I go canicrossing with over the moors of the Peak District and South Yorkshire.

A bit about me

I started my career in Adult Health and Social Care where I discovered my passion for Psychology. Graduating from my Occupational Psychology MSc in 2017, I worked in the Charity Sector working with organisations to build structures and a culture that enabled employees and volunteers to engage, unlock discretionary effort and perform to their full potential.

I am a Registered Qualified Test User with the British Psychological Society for both Ability and Personality Psychometric Tests. I have a passion for understanding organisational culture and how it can enable organisations to become highly successful as well as improving employee well-being and motivation. This is what attracted me to come and work for 4OC as I have great opportunities to help deliver innovative programmes of change into public sector organisations, improving employee experience as well as public service delivery.
