A bit about me

Becca began at 4OC in 2021, supporting clients including London Councils and South and Central Ambulance Service. In 2023, after taking a break to travel South America, Becca returned to 4OC to join the Golden Ticket (business development) team. With an understanding of ‘the 4OC magic’ from her experience on project delivery, Becca now supports strategic sales through the development of marketing and communications collateral, management of campaigns and events, and bid writing. Supporting the formation of partnerships with likeminded organisations, Becca is passionate about ensuring that 4OC continues to grow collaboratively to tackle societal issues. She recently contributed to our work with Transport for London to find new and innovative ways to tackle Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) on London’s bus network.

Becca spent a year living and working in Hamburg, Germany whilst completing her degree in English Literature and German. Having worked in the NHS after graduating, helping to set up and manage local roll out of COVID-19 vaccinations, Becca has first-hand experience of the effects that a lack of funding and resources can have on public sector organisations. She looks to support the development of solutions that will make a real difference to front-line staff and service users.
