A bit about me

Harry started life at 4OC as a Project Support Analyst in August 2023 and became a Business Consultant in May 2024. In the past year, Harry has gained exposure on a diverse range of projects in the transport, local government and housing sectors, working with clients such as Transport for London and Cambridgeshire County Council. In recent months, Harry has helped to deliver the procurement of a new Asset Management System for a local authority’s Highways and Transport service and supported a housing authority’s business improvement team in designing their own project management tools.

Before he joined 4OC, Harry was a secondary school teacher. In education, he honed his skills in efficient communication and project design, and he was exposed to the transformative power of effective public services. Harry is passionate about 4OC’s mission to help public sector organisations drive impactful change for the communities they serve.
