All the good things

Active listening; cutting through the noise to get to the problem; golden hour with a glass of wine; all things Japanese

And the bad things

Unfairness; inefficiency; mess

What do you do when you're not working?

You can usually find me walking in the countryside or planning my next getaway. I am a housing geek at heart – I love walking around towns and cities, looking at different housing developments and appreciating amazing houses I dream of living in.

A bit about me

After completing my MSc in Social Policy Research, I leapt into my first role in public services as a housing officer in a Housing Association. As I started to understand how things worked ‘on the ground,’ I saw opportunities to make things better so I trained as a Business Analyst to help solve the problems that held things up for the people doing-the-doing.

Most recently, I led the housing strategy and service improvement function in Lewisham Council. Here I did some of my favourite work with some amazing people, leading projects to improve operational capacity, developing new strategies and designing policies. I was later seconded to Public Health to set up testing centres in the height of the pandemic, and then to develop an operational public health team.

At 4OC I aim to use my experience and empathetic approach to make even more positive changes across the public sector. I want to support our clients to maximise their social impact and make smart, effective decisions with public money.
