What do you do when you’re not working?

Like most parents, I run a very busy cab company with my wife, ferrying my boys from one place to another. When the opportunity presents, like to get out for good food and company.

A bit about me

I’m an experienced senior operational manager, having held roles across varying sectors and invariably leading through significant periods of change. This experience has provided me with invaluable insight on the experience of leading through change and has helped to inform and shape the 4OC approach to change management.

I have worked with 4OC since they were founded in 2011 and have worked with a range of clients, with varying outputs, ranging from leading on bid support, business case development, co-designing operating models, mobilising and implementing new contracts, direct contract management (performance turnaround) or providing interim leadership on a complex contract.

All of these build off my operational experience, understanding at a practical level ‘what works’, notably how the change effort will impact on operational delivery during the change delivery and the resultant benefits to be expected and achieved.
