All the good things

Astute; Logical; Personable.

And the bad things

Chenin blanc; Drunken singing and dancing (with tambourine); Getting into a tizz, albeit occasionally.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I like socialising in all forms but can quite often be found holding up a bar in the west end of London. I also enjoy cooking (I qualified as a chef when I was younger), going to the gym and running (I ran the London Marathon in 2013 – get me!).

A bit about me

I started my career as a Recruitment Consultant and subsequently Business Manager for a global recruitment firm. It was during this period that I was introduced to Change Management as the organisation was undergoing a major restructuring and transformation programme.

Having been through the change process myself, I am able to facilitate, structure and deliver change with empathy and help people navigate the often daunting change journey to successful outcomes.

I have worked with members of the 4OC team and management team over (too) many years on various transformation projects and programmes. I always enjoyed their drive and commitment to delivering customer focussed outcomes and so I was delighted to be asked to join the team in 2014. My belief and trust in their ethos as well as their individual and less formal approach to engaging with staff and customers were the key reasons for joining.
