All the good things

All things sport related, music, good coffee and travelling to new places.

And the bad things

Claustrophobic spaces and snakes

What do you do when you’re not working?

I’m a bit of a sport fanatic so try to exercise regularly throughout the week by running or going to the gym, also watching anything centered around football and cricket. Aside from this, I enjoy playing chess, socialising with friends at the pub. I love listening to different genres of music so try to attend festivals where possible.

A bit about me

After studying economics and social studies at the University of Manchester, I was looking to apply my academic background in the workplace through looking at how organisations can strategise and make improvements to derive better business outcomes. My work experience in consulting since has seen me spend a period of time focusing on customer experience, working with organisations to define and improve customer journeys, to deliver better experiences for end-users and to drive retention and revenue. Most recently, I have focused on process consulting, working on a combination of advisory & delivery engagements – with the aim of trying to improve existing As-Is processes into more optimised To-Be solutions. The objective of this would be to deliver greater efficiencies for organisations depending on business objectives.
