All the good things

Working positively and collaboratively; the power of people centric strategy; the kick of creating the right solution and seeing the resonance across an organisation.

and the bad things

Naysayers and negativity; bureaucracy in any form; lack of drive to build better.

What do you do when you're not working?

Reading, reading, reading – I’ve been a bookworm since the age of 3. Spending time with my husband; Laughing a lot with friends over long lazy meals and bracing walks; growing from seed; cycling around Milton Keynes and dabbling in the world of fermentation – sourdough; kimchi and yogurt.

A bit about me

I have over 20 years’ experience in people strategy, human resources and organisational development and design, spent in public service delivery organisations, where I have defined and led change programmes, created customer centric cultures, driven and improved performance; built talent and capability and diverse and inclusive cultures.

Having worked at scale in; Housing, the Third Sector, Central Government and Regulation before becoming a consultant, I have a passion and understanding for working collaboratively, involving workforce and stakeholders, to create powerful positive solutions, that work for everyone.

I have spent my entire career, working in the values sectors, for organisations delivering services that ultimately benefit society in some way. What I do really matters to me, so I get a real kick out of helping organisations improve their performance, overcome business issues, and create more value for their customers and society.

I’m part of the Housing team.
