All the good things

Compassion; research and analysis; action-oriented thinking; creating happy places to work.

And the bad things

Pointless bureaucracy; unkindness; inauthenticity.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I love to stay active, whether in the gym, out hiking or kayaking. You’ll also find me in the garden, reading a good book, or listening to a podcast.

A bit about me

I began my career in HR while completing a BSc in Psychology and quickly recognised my passion for Occupational Psychology – I saw very clearly the impact work can have and how we can create spaces that bring out the best in people, to the benefit of everyone.

Since then, I have undertaken an MSc in Occupational Psychology, worked as a Research Consultant for a fairness-centric start up, and enjoyed a role at the DWP supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals to progress toward work.

I joined 4OC as I have a passion for meaningful impact and appreciated their shared ambition to change the world for the better.
