A bit about me

I started my career with HM Prison Service on their graduate trainee scheme working in operational roles in prisons.  Since then, I have held various policy roles in the Ministry of Justice and Department of Health and have also spent time as a manager in the NHS.  For the last few years, I’ve worked as a consultant developing and delivering solutions across health and criminal justice sectors, working alongside both providers and commissioners of services.  I’m motivated by working collegiately with stakeholders and their end-users to influence the delivery and improvement of services, particularly for those people who have no voice or no choice.

I’m delighted to be joining 4OC and their fantastic group of great people because of the shared social values and vision that drive the work we do.
