All the good things

Positive; fun loving; caring; process maps; Kanban boards

And the bad things

Misaligned boxes and wobbly lines on a process map; No plan

What do you do when you’re not working?

I take my cockapoo Billy to the beach for a walk every night. I regularly fail to cook a lovely dinner for the family (so my husband does it instead – top tip)

A bit about me

During my career I’ve been very fortunate to have worked for some great companies and with some amazing people, most of which now work for 4OC (which is why I joined). I’ve had a number of roles within the world of recruitment and finance, as a Recruitment Manager, Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst, Lead Business Designer and Lean Practitioner. I have a passion for identifying efficiencies/operational excellence, improving service delivery/customer experience and delivering positive change, to try and make the world a better place.

I’ve worked on some exciting projects (as well as some rather dull financial ones) and one of my career highlights was setting up the first adult vocational centre in Brixton, which was created to support the long term unemployed (or never employed) into employment. One of our customers came to us with very low self-esteem and found it very hard to even hold a conversation. Through the love, support and encouragement of the centre she went on to open up her own cup cake business which always brings a tear to my eye.

I’m a self-confessed workaholic who also has a lot of fun and laughter along the way.
