Geraldine Rynne

Senior Business Consultant

Makes

Playing football with my local GAA club/going for a run, hanging out with the people I care about, travelling

Breaks

Rude people, getting they’re, there and their mixed up, people leaving their phones on loud and hearing every click they make

What do you do when you're not working?

I can be found kicking a football around with my local GAA club, socialising with friends and family and the common answer, travelling to new places and going to gigs or festivals! I would go see The Boss over and over again!

A bit about me

Geraldine joined 4OC in February 2023 as a Senior Business Consultant on the Irish team. Since joining, she has taken on the role of Project Manager for various key projects, including those with the HSE, the Local Government Management Agency (LGMA), and Brighter Places. As a Project Manager, Geraldine’s responsibilities have included overseeing project planning and execution, managing project teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. In addition to her client-facing roles, Geraldine has also contributed to several internal business improvement initiatives.

Before joining 4OC, Geraldine accumulated over a decade of experience in the Employability and Justice sectors across the UK and Ireland. She began her career working on the frontline with ex-offenders and social welfare claimants, gradually advancing into management roles. This extensive operational background equipped Geraldine with the skills and expertise needed to excel in Business Improvement and Bid Management. She has successfully managed multi-million-euro bids and overseen the implementation of same contracts. Geraldine holds a BA in Social Care Work, earned in 2013, and a Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Business Development, completed in 2020.
