All the good things

And the bad things

Hot Weather (being Welsh means I am only comfortable in the rain); Disjointed plans/procedures; Slow cyclists

What do you do when you’re not working?

I enjoy the gym, finding the best coffee shops and watching the latest true-crime documentary.

A bit about me

My background is in international development, with a predominate focus on project/programme management and operational policies. This work has given me an understanding of governance procedures and policies within varying projects and organisations. This experience has allowed me to develop a set of skills relating to communication, problem solving and operational parameters.

I joined 4OC to make a positive impact through the 4OC programme portfolio and work with clients to make complex problems easy. What attracted me to 4OC was the values of the organisation, the people at 4OC and how 4OC ethos is improving the day-to-day lives of people through positive change in public sector organisations.
