All the good things

Listening and building relationships; Simplifying complex activities; Understanding the whole picture

And the bad things

People not doing what they say they will do; Fortnite and Destiny; Beetroot

What do you do when you’re not working?

Gardening and reading. I also love taking my teenage boys outdoors to get them off their games and actually have a conversation with them…

A bit about me

I began my career as a nurse, working in physical health, mental health, and addictions. I left nursing to become a specialist operational manager, working with rough sleepers and those with multiple and complex needs and developing regional services for victims of human trafficking. This then led to developing an interest in criminology and behavioural psychology.

I felt that I needed to understand operational design and business development in multiple fields so I could genuinely support a service to transform delivery to high performance and a service that matters. I also studied computer science and astrophysics in my spare time (before I had children…). I am now a founder of Morphologic, a tech business providing no-code, machine learning-driven software platform.

Working with 4OC has led to me developing a new focus on sustainability and developing ways that the Morphologic platform can support 4OC to change the world.

I joined 4OC because of shared values and their professional approach to making a positive difference. They are lovely to work for!

I’m part of the Housing, Sustainability and Digital teams.
