What do you do when you’re not working?

I enjoy yoga, socialising, travel and the outdoors – nothing better than a walk along Hadrian’s Wall on a cold clear morning! I like to try my hand at learning new skills such as dry-stone walling, and scythe mowing. Let me know if you need your scythe mowed!

A bit about me

I’m a (some would say very) experienced business process analyst. Before working with 4OC, I worked in a BPO sales environment for over 20 years. My role involved understanding client and business requirements (typically within very short timescales), mapping as-is and to be business processes and articulating detailed solution proposals.

The culture at 4OC is great, everyone really cares about achieving the best outcomes for clients, their staff and end customers. Its really supportive, fun and I feel my views and contributions are valued. There’s a real team spirit, everyone always happy to pitch in if needed and share knowledge and experiences.

I forge good working relationships with colleagues, clients, operation and technical teams and external suppliers.
