What do you do when you’re not working?

Having a blast hanging out with my husband, three awesome rescue pups and my squad of extended family.

Love jet-setting to cool places, going to the theatre and enjoying social events. I’m a rugby enthusiast, especially cheering on Connacht!!

You will also catch me soaking in the tennis action. I have attended two grand slams and hoping to get to the other two in next couple of years.

A bit about me

Aislinn specialises in the design and implementation of digital pathways to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes, utilising real-time data systems to enhance decision-making and optimise resources. Her expertise in digital transformation and commitment to community support have been instrumental in advancing projects that align with 4OC’s mission to innovate and improve public sector services. Aislinn’s leadership and collaborative approach ensure that solutions are effective, sustainable, and tailored to meet the specific needs of the populations served.

Aislinn has amassed over 33 years of experience in the health services, non-profit, and private sectors. She served as the Digital Health General Manager at the HSE, where she led significant digital transformations. Her previous roles include Health Informatics Director at Health Bridge Technology and UK Director for SilverCloud Health. Starting out her career as a register mental health nurse. Aislinn holds dual MSc degrees in Digital Transformation and Health Informatics and has authored over 20 publications on digital and innovation.
