A bit about me

At 4OC, I’ve been supporting Transport for London with improving how they respond to critical incidents — especially across the Elizabeth line and its interchange stations. My role focuses on pinning down what’s needed to make remote incident management work effectively across teams and systems. That means developing a clear operating model that cuts through complexity and joins up legacy processes across the wider TfL network. I love delivering Projects for organisations that have lots of complex legacy processes and/or assets, it really suites my analysis and architecture background – making the complex – simple!
