Izzy Theodoreson

Junior Business Consultant

About me:

I enjoy project planning and data management alongside engaging with stakeholders and problem solving. I am keen to continue developing my skills here surrounded by a talented and supportive group of professionals.

I joined 4OC for the opportunity to grow and develop my skills, and to make a positive impact within the projects I work on and the clients we work with. I was attracted by the values that 4OC holds dear, and that we work with public sector organisations. So far, I have worked with clients in the Housing, Higher Education, and Welfare to Work sectors, which has been eye-opening and incredibly valuable.

I enjoy picking up new skills and taking on new tasks that allow me to challenge myself whilst working towards a goal. I am logical, organised and proactive, ensuring that any tasks I am assigned are completed effectively and efficiently.

Makes

Data management and analysis (love a spreadsheet); Adaptable to new ideas and ways of working; Ikea flatpacks.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I play football twice a week (rain or shine, usually rain) for both training and matches. I love watching films – particularly the sci-fi/action/comedy types, but you will not find me near a rom-com. When I can, I like to go to the theatre and escape the world for a few hours.
