What do you do when you’re not working?

I’m a pretty (very) competitive person so I love playing different sports and games. I play football regularly and squash when I can. I also love exploring new places and getting out of the city when I can.

A bit about me

Izzy joined 4OC in February 2019 as a Project Support Analyst, progressing to Senior Business Consultant in 2024. Since joining, Izzy has worked on over 40 projects across all the 4OC sectors, gaining exposure to a variety of business areas and project types, and acquiring valuable experience working with stakeholders of all levels. Izzy brings a wealth of 4OC experience and knowledge to her projects, supporting clients 1:1 or as part of a large project team. Most recently, Izzy has worked on a high-priority project with Transport for London, looking to improve accessibility to support the regeneration of the TfL operational network and ultimately promote security and safety. Izzy is known for her pragmatic, organised, and proactive approach to projects.

Prior to working at 4OC, Izzy worked in Compliance for a national charity supporting the delivery of their apprenticeship programme. In her role, Izzy achieved 0.00% error rates for 2 ESFA audits and oversaw all data collection, management, and reporting activity for the programme. Izzy has undertaken 2 qualifications at 4OC: Better Business Cases Foundation (Green Book), and the APM Project Management Qualification.
