Donna Skuse

A bit about me

Donna joined 4OC in June 2020 and has since worked across a wide range of projects with Bristol City Council, NHS Supply Chain, IQVIA, the RSPCA, the Health Service Executive and more, including those in the Housing and Welfare to Work sectors. Donna has partnered with organisations navigating periods of change and transformation, designing and delivering creative communications strategies to engage stakeholders and support the effective delivery and adoption of complex change. She also uses her broad operational experience to help conduct service reviews, shape operating models, and establish PMO best practice. Most recently, Donna has shaped and led the delivery of change communications during a period of transformation in the healthcare sector and a technology project in Local Government.

Donna brings a wealth of experience from working across a diverse range of organisations, including international brands, FTSE100 companies, and a dynamic start-up. She is acutely aware of the need to deliver a return on investment and is driven by the opportunity to create meaningful social value through her work. Donna has a journalism background and over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing roles.
