A bit about me

Bright joined 4OC in August 2022, starting out as a Business Consultant before progressing to Senior Business Consultant. In that time, he has gained extensive exposure to the transport sector, supporting Transport for London on a safety initiative to improve call routing placed at passenger help points (PHPs) within the London Underground. This includes defining the target operating model and requirements definition as well as managing a Proof-of-Concept phase. Bright is currently working on the full rollout of the solution across the wider London Underground estate. Bright is also the founder and head of 4OC’s Racial Diversity Network which aims to provide a forum for those of a diverse background to share knowledge and foster growth.

Prior to working at 4OC, Bright worked within the Compliance sector in Financial Services for several years. Bright utilised his stakeholder management skills to navigate challenging conversations and topics, which has carried over into his day-to-day at 4OC. He completed an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham.
