A bit about me
A transformation specialist with over 20 years’ experience in social housing and public service improvement. I have supported organisations through large-scale change and customer experience programmes, including customer contact transformation, operating model redesign, regulatory improvement and data-led service development. I’ve helped establish transformation programmes, strengthen governance and embed more insight-led decision-making to improve services and performance. I enjoy bringing a practical, collaborative approach that focuses on delivering sustainable outcomes that work for both service users and organisational leaders.
