Trevor KalombodzaBusiness Consultant
Prior to 4OC I worked in a large public body in the finance sector for around nine years. In previous roles, I worked on several operational improvement projects. I gained a lot of experience analysing processes and data, identifying opportunities for improvement and project delivery. I decided to go into consulting because I wanted to work on a wider range of projects in different businesses.
I was attracted to 4OC’s culture and commitment to bring real value to public sector organisations. 4OC also has many talented people who have delivered large programmes in their career, so it is great to be able to learn from them.

What do you do when you’re not working
I love to spend time with family and friends. I like a range of activities so I could be out hiking one weekend and the next weekend I’ll be at a poetry event or a restaurant. I also like reading and watching basketball and tennis. Even though I’m short, I try to play a bit of basketball – it’s great cardio!
