I started working at 4OC in the summer of 2019, as I was coming to the end of a master’s degree in Public Policy. I was drawn to the possibility of making real positive change in the public sector as well as the amazing people that work here.
I really enjoy learning new things and my role as a PSA gives me plenty of opportunity to put into practice the researching and writing skills I developed at university. I studied Behavioural Science at undergrad level and so understanding how people approach change, and how people’s work can be made more efficient and effective is super interesting to me.
Strong grasp of quantitative and qualitative analysis; Synthesising information and ideas to come up with new solutions; Vegetarian dinner parties
Sad-looking rescue dogs; Tetris
What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy running, volunteering with Campus (wild, fun summer camps for kids who need a holiday) and near-obsessive maintenance of my Goodreads profile.
