What do you do when you're not working?
I divide my time between Nottingham and Tipperary, so much of it feels like it is spent in transit. I enjoy getting outside, cooking and watching football and films.
A bit about me
I’ve worked in all sorts of roles across the care sector — everything from making hot drinks in day centres to delivering statutory policy changes and leading innovation programmes for local authorities. That grew into roles with national bodies and commercial organisations, supporting councils and care providers to improve how care is delivered.
What drives me is working with others to make change happen across complex systems, especially when it leads to better outcomes for the people drawing on support from them.
