Natasha ‘Tash’ Dwane

Business Consultant

About me:

My background is in financial services, predominately operational change and transformation support. I am very people driven and this is what attracted me to working within the public sector and, most importantly, for 4OC. We share an understanding that working collaboratively through open and honest communication is the best way to understand the clients needs, achieve the desired outcomes and build lasting relationships.

I live in Bournemouth on the south coast and in my spare time I volunteer for a Dorset based environmental charity to encourage and support small business owners in making meaningful changes to becoming more sustainable. The Sustainability agenda has become a passion of mine and I’m delighted to be part of 4OC’s team dedicated to designing and creating Green Solutions.

Getting that high-five moment when a plan comes together, my graphic design training means I also love a good presentation. Away from the office it’s food, a good podcast or binge-able Netflix show.

A complex email chain which could have been a far more efficient conversation. Away from the office, slow walkers and spiders.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I have a self-built campervan called Gina D’Camper so love going on trips with her and hope to take some holidays driving around Europe over the next few years. I have decided to take up sea swimming (or even just dipping) winter or not, as well as enjoying surfing and kayaking. I also enjoy live music, drawing and, like many 4OCers, going to the pub!
