Michela ‘Miki’ Spiga

All the good things

Competition with our own selves; Clear thought processes; Empathy; Cooking and eating Italian food; Singing; Science; Norwich City FC

And the bad things

Disrespect and negative competition with others; Disorganisation; Spicy food; Insects

What do you do when you’re not working?

I enjoy singing, spending time with the people I love, and being goofy. I try to go back home to Sardinia (Italy) whenever I have the chance, so that I can see my family and friends again (and I can eat a lot of good pizza!). I love animals and I cannot wait to have a big house that allows me to rescue many dogs and cats.

A bit about me

I have a degree in Business Management and I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being presented with challenges that require brainstorming and problem solving skills. My background includes a one-year placement in brand management at Pfizer and external audit work at Deloitte.

I have always been keen to expand my knowledge and 4OC has offered me the opportunity to learn from people who have vast expertise across a wide range of areas within the public sector, and who are happy to share it for the sake of the other colleagues’ development and of the end customers. The culture and values of this company are one of the key reasons as to why I joined: being able to help others whilst working with a supportive group of people is what makes me thrive.
