All the good things

Passionate about making a positive difference! Treating people with kindness, laughter and camaraderie with colleagues and learning from others

And the bad things

Negativity, ignorance, not respecting others opinions.

What do you do when you’re not working?

We are very lucky to live in the South Wales Valleys surrounded by countryside. Outside of work I love walking our border collie, who never tires.

A bit about me

Born in Southampton, moved to Wales in 1981 married with 1 son (Six nations are always interesting in our house when Wales play England)! I have worked within the Employability and Skills sector for 15 years. I made the leap from Exec Assistant to Project Manager in January 2019. Following the successful mobilisation of the JETS Contract, I went on to work on DWP’s flagship Restart Programme for Seetec. This was followed by 2 prime contracts for National Careers Service, among other smaller change projects. This has allowed me to develop valuable experience in operational delivery, bid management, implementation project management and change management.

I’m passionate about working with people, helping to make a difference. I have strong ethical and social values which runs through everything that 4OC do. I am excited to join the 4OC family to support the amazing work that they do and oh, have fun along the way!
