I began my career in higher education before moving into the diplomatic service, where I gained experience leading change programmes with a strong people focus to optimise use of talent across the organisation, improving operating costs, regulatory compliance and organisational performance. This has included redesigning curriculum and talent management approaches, addressing cultural and structural barriers to improved performance and engaging widely to align employee experience and deployment to the needs of organisations.
After a while as independent consultant working across a range of sectors I now lead our Higher Education work at 4OC. I discovered my values, developed intellectual curiosity and established my voice whilst at university. It is the single most impactful life decision I have made. Since then I have committed my career to working with organisations of social purpose and was delighted to stumble across 4OC when I did as we’re all a group of like-minded people working to help improve organisations across the public and not-for-profit sectors.
