When we are both assured that the platform meets the requirements, the next thing we do is to provide support in developing your staff capabilities and understanding of this new toolset. This can take the form of classroom training but generally we recommend a just in time approach to capability development through use of online documentation and video tutorials.
Your own governance arrangements will often form the most robust mechanism of knowledge transfer within your environment and we can provide advice and guidance on how best to ensure conformance.
We will provide enhanced, comprehensive on site and remote support during the period post-implementation in order to address any issues or lack of understanding.
We will continue to support the team in the period following the roll out of the platform to ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working. As the platform stabilises we will go through a project close out set of activities to provide you with a lessons learnt and a set of recommendations to take the platform forward.
